Because digital access is provided, refunds are not guaranteed.

  • Administrative and processing costs
  • Applicable policies of external certification or training partners (if any)

3. Certification Partner Policy

For courses associated with external certification or training bodies, refunds and cancellations may be subject to the applicable policies of the respective partner. In such cases, the partner’s decision shall be considered final.

4. Cancellation Requests

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing to: support@aptitudegrowth.com

Approval is not automatic and will be assessed individually.

5. No Physical Returns

We do not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
